We want you to be completely satisfied with your smart cooling system purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-configured systems specifically designed for your home
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Software licenses or digital products that have been activated
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and may require you to return the original item before shipping the replacement.
Defective or Damaged Items

Installation Services
If you have purchased installation services along with your system, cancellation policies may apply. Please contact us to discuss cancellation terms for installation services. Refunds for installation services are subject to the stage of completion and may be prorated.
Warranty Claims
Items covered under warranty should be processed through our warranty service rather than the standard return process. Please contact our customer service team for warranty claims, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the specific warranty terms.
